So, how would a REALTOR describe it?

"Cozy environmentalist's dream! Natural shade! Light and airy! They aren't making more trees!"

I know a guy who has a very elaborate treehouse in the woods behind his back yard. He actually received an inquiry from a guy wondering if he could live in the treehouse so he could pay a more reasonable monthly rent. No joke.

Yes, even with the slowdown, house prices are still wildly overinflated and the entire parabola needs to be retraced.

-- Here in Seattle they want to legalize this. They call them "garden apartments" and "in-fill development". Many homeowners are scrambling to do this in order to get some help paying the over priced mortgage. I believe it will send the neighborhoods down since it greatly increases density. (Parking, trash cans on the curb, noise, etc.)

It's true, with all the logging going on out there, trees are sure to be at a premium real soon.

I've got a tire swing that will go perfectly with that treehouse! It's a radial...and it's spectacular! Oh, it's $50k by the way!

How many square is that treehouse? Can it be converted to a condo?
