The Realtor Bubble

David at Bubble Meter gets extra credit for taking the time to graph the NAR membership. Amazing. It'll be interesting to see this bubble deflate as well...

Note to all HP realtor readers - good luck on the job search. This time, look for a real job, where you don't have to lie for a living, where you do an honest day's work for fair pay, versus "make the big killing", and where you don't need to make yourself up like a street hooker to go to work.

Good luck selling the Lexus and paying off the debts too.

david - now if ben would pull his head out of his ass and realize HP is not a threat, that the bloggers working together can defeat the forces of evil, then we'd be getting somewhere

nice post - keep it up

Yeah - what's up with Ben's elitist attitude?

I'm in the process of getting my brokers license. I'm getting to so that I can save the commission on the homes that I buy and sell. It also helps with buying some foreclosures or tax based foreclosures.

Be kind to Realtor Week. . .

Here in San Diego, Realtors are considered volunteer workers because they haven't had a paycheck in 3 months. . .so, let's all be kind to them in their job search. At a large dinner gathering last evening, people were talking very matter of fact about the housing price decline. . .those who have a lot of equity and fixed mortgages didn't seem to mind. Other people were silent. Of interest - no Realtors were there. . .guess they can't afford the Saturday night out!

I'm thinking a Salem-styled bon fire in the town square.

from another HP thread:

______
I hear there is a realtor office here in Pasadena with 80 agents and only 2 houses in escrow. Imagine that.
______

That's a "how many ___ to change a lightblub" joke waiting to happen...
