Britney asks $6 million, gets $4 million

From the Real Estate Bloggers, this Britney tidbit. I think she can take the $2 million opportunity loss. But 33% off of asking will likely be the norm for many folks. But they'll be on their way to both bankruptcy court and divorce court, vs. just the latter.

Britney Spears sold her Manhattan apartment that she rarely used for 4 million dollars. The property is in the historic Silk Building in the NoHo section of the city.

The four-level, 4,400-square-foot pad in the famed Silk Building, which she originally put on the market in July 2004 for just under $6 million, has just gone to contract for $4 million, according to sources familiar with the deal.

wonder what price Keith owns his AAPL stock. You see he loves to point out when people are getting porked on a position, or if they missed an opportunity to sell it higher, yet he owns AAPL all the way down. That's our leader, the hypocrite.

What's up with her breasts in that photo? Her arms are right next to her chest. Have her breats gone flat already? Has-been.

The beeatch still made about $1mil.
4mil - 3mil= 1mil.

And saved all the carrying costs for a place she doesn't use. Cheaper to get a hotel room when in town. Same goes for anyone who owns vacation properties, unless they rent them out and have a positive cash flow.
