Won't ya miss realtors?

The Nastiest Wife on Television

Ah, a blast from the past. Here's that god awful Century 21 commercial that actually rang true - realtors are manipulative commission loving pests

will this commercial get blamed for bursting the housing bubble, a soaring us divorce rate, and the death of the realtor profession?

When the RE Agent is through with this guilt trip sale, the Condohotel/Timeshare RE Agent will have their go at them with the same guilt ridden sales pitch. Just replace "good schools" with "family vacations".
As they say in the Auto sales business, there is an ass for every seat.
Maybe all those RE Agents without jobs can go sell Timeshare. The
Vacation industry is inflation proof, right?

First time I got to see that one. How sad that this has probably happened over and over again over the last year. Money is the root of most divorces and now I can see why.

Moral of the story: buy the house, but only if it has a crawlspace.

This is a failure on the husband's part. The husband's job is to make rational decisions and not succumb to a nagging wife's irrational emotional needs. To fail to put that b!otch in her place is to fail in life.

Reminds me of that topic way back about the bubblesitters whose wives didn't want to cash out at the peak and rent.

Yes, that commercial is so shameless.
Totally plays on the buyer's emotions. Shamefull.

I wrote about this on a previous thread. It's not just wives who can't manage money. I constantly have to deal with the rath of my husband when I put limits on his spending. He says I don't support his "hopes and dreams". I'm like, well, if we're living on the street, neither one of us will have "hopes and dreams".

I have no sympathy for the husbands of the world who put up with a nagging shrew like that. The sex can't be THAT good. Grow some stones or get a good attorney.
