Why settle for St. Joseph when you can get the even better St. Mary's home sale kit...

Superstition is a great sales strategy...especially if you are underwater with a hungry ARM.
If things got really desperate, would burying a crucifix or a prayer rug help?
According to the ad, the St. Joe's home-seling kit is a best seller.
St Joe (NYSE:JOE) is a wonderful stock to sell. Short.
Sellers today need St. Jude - the patron saint of hopeless causes.
"this is a left-wing, liberal, Dem blog...their aren't any people here who believe in God"
I think if you polled HP'ers 1% or so would be athiests, and the majority church-going folks.
But many are open minded enough to realize that burying a statuette of st. josephs upside down on your front lawn to sell your house is kinda funny (even if it works!)
