Great video. Real piece of sh%t. Why would someone taking out a mortgage look for reassurance from the loan shark. If they were that concerned, why not call Ben and get a notarized written guarantee from him he won't raise rates and if he does that he'll personally pickup the tab on the difference. They're both a couple of idiots, the caller and the loan turd. If the caller was that concerned, just take out a fixed rate loan, oh yeah, that's right, then he'll only qualify for for $145k instead of $350k. What was I thinking. Yeah, country's in for some hardtimes with dregs like that out on the street. Piece of crap like that will still be going from one Nipples and Dicks pickup bar to the next in his unregistered uninsured, 5 months ovedue on the loan IROC-Z for as long as possible while he moves from one loser friend's armpitment to the next on a monthly basis.

you think this is bad. I was driving through LA this weekend on the way home from Yosemite. There is a whole radio program on an FM channel called Free Radio Sundays in the afternoon.

They have a room full of mortgage salesmen taking live calls, telling all of Southen California how great ARMs are and what a deal a $850,000 condo is, but you "better act fast, these haven't even hit the MLS yet".

I listened for about 30 minutes and was about to hurl. The callers are so frantic to get into Intrest only or 40 year mortgages and only plan to hold for 2 years. Not once do them mention the softening demand for houses or the possiblity intrest rates will go up. Just 30 minutes of "don't worry a 540 FICO score is not bad".

I got a kick out of all the callers who will be living in bankrupcy hell in 2 years.

Hint: Keith, not all males are aggressive and dangerous. Also, can you patrol the trash (Nipples and Dicks pickup bar) a little? The class level of some of the posters is sewer level. Thanks.

apologies if I'm not as informed as everyone else her but who is on the other end of these rediculous loans. Who is actually funding these loans at this point to idiots with no credit, no pot to piss in and to buy a depreciating asset. who gets left to pick through the rubble, taxpayers? what is the strategy or thought process of lender?

This type of "clean it up", "Don't mention reality" thinking is what got us into this mess. I think we need more tell it like it is reporting and "calling 'em as I see 'em" type of mentality. The greastest generation (those that lived through the depression and fought WWII) didn't repress their thoughts and were straight and honest and said things like they were too. We need more of that. If you want santized thinking, go to the MSM, I'm sure they'll also help you find a nice hot property too.

These guys look like the typical dreg poser greasers that took B and C level courses in high-school, then went to community for a year and dropped out or went to a university, majored in business management and picking up poontang at their fraternity parties, and then 4 years later they got a worthless degree and wound up making $18k plus commission, the plus commission is always the big point they talk up while out trying to score, of course he's a TOP PERFORMER where he works I'm sure.
