The United States' landlord is coming for a visit next week to inspect his properties

I wonder if he'll realize he overpaid... Especially since the Trillion dollars of debt we owe him is in depreciating dollars

But then again, he can also go inspect his supply chain (Wal-Mart) to see all his US subjects standing in line to buy his junk.

So it'll all come out in the wash for him - sell the fools junk, take their dollars and sell them their houses. It's appropriate too that he'll visit the US's most expensive house, although that one strangely is paid for.

I do believe he's scheduled to meet with his division head when he's here (Bush)...

The first lavish dinner of China President Hu Jintao's historic visit to the United States next week will be in a big, secure house in Washington where the host is one of the world's most powerful men.

It won't be in Washington D.C., but Seattle, Washington, and the April 18 dinner will be held at the $100 million lakeside mansion of Microsoft Corp. founder and the world's richest man,
Bill Gates.

Uh, Keith, in case you hadn't noticed....they aren't selling us so much junk anymore. In fact, many of the new plants in China are state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with a high degree of quality control.

And to make matters worse, it has become noticeable that many of the newer and more exciting products have been concieved and designed and produced exclusively in the Chinese system.

Our distinguished guest will be quite pleased to be called "Massa"...

Be careful Bill. He might try to learn from you so he build his own Microsoft back there.

If he replaces our Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle etc. As a country we are toast.

I can not compete with better quality at a lower price. I bow to my new master and surrender my arms. Lead me to your factory so I can learn to serve you.

The quickest way the Chinese could cripple the USA without firing a shot:

Simply dump all those treasuries in the open market causing bond prices to drop dramatically and interest rates to spike like never before.

We knowingly allowed this to happen as a way to keep rates extremely low and finance our budget deficit. Our children’s future is being sold out by a bunch of greedy old (dying) gray haired men and women! It’s outrageous! It pisses me off like nothing else!

These people are brilliant and crative. 1000 years of restricted creative expression have been unleashed on the world.

Any country that was thinking long-term strategy (ie. China) was bound to win over the short-term thinker (US).

We handed this victory to them with our arrogant "We de man!" attitude.

Well done China. You win.

There was a great Public Television Documentary of China this week. Showed the progress and the unrest. It was about a young man who stood in from of a tank. "Tank Man".

The thrust of the program was there is boiling unrest in the population of China. Many increasing demonstrations against the Communist Government. Freedom seems to be the chant.

So there you are! 41cadillac
