A note from the blogger

I felt it was time to strike out at the Bush Administration, and hard.

One man is taking us on a misguided personal crusade (yes, I use that word intentionally, and so did he). It is costing us, the taxpayer, over a Trillion dollars, perhaps much more. And the lives of thousands, perhaps much more.

One man (and his puppetmasters) has taken the financial balance sheet of this great country and decimated it.

He has allowed the outsourcing of jobs IN AMERICA to an invading illegal force. He has allowed the outsourcing of our manufacturing base OUTSIDE AMERICA to a corrupt communist regime.

He has even thumbed his nose at this silly little thing called THE LAW.

And thus, he should be censored, he should be impeached, and failing that there should be tremendous pressure for him and his henchman to resign. Now.

The good news with this 30% approval rating (who the heck are the 30% by the way? Do they hate gays that much?) is that Congress will no longer do his bidding. The good news about the 30% is that Congress itself will be thrown out in November, replaced by new blood.

I'll hit at this topic from time to time as the downfall of the Bush administration continues. As is the norm these days, the bloggers are ahead of the mainstream media on issues, and sometimes even ahead of the readers.

I know this topic makes many uncomfortable, especially fellow republicans. Well, I'd say former fellow republicans at this point, as you'd see me having a tough time voting for that shell of a party these days.

But the truth must be told.

Now back to the topic at hand - the bursting housing bubble and the meltdown of the world financial system.

Powdered:

It does make economic sense to produce in the cheapest country but the problem comes when all American jobs are outsourced and then who the hell can afford to buy the cheaply made overseas production?

Never mind the social burden costs welfare, foodstamps that will accompany a reduction in the workforce.

In this country we need a strong mix of manufacturing, technical, and white-collar jobs to remain competitive. If China makes all our production and we go to war with them over something ....Taiwan.... then we are screwed.

I dont understand how anyone in china can afford to purchase thier own goods at 50cents an hour?
If I can barely buy one of thier t.v.'s for $1000 at $40k yr how do they buy it on $4k yr?
And how the heck are they buying our do-dads and widgets?

You have a good understanding of outsourcing and it's effect on America on a macroeconomic level.

The U.S. has been reduced to a global oil protection racket. The middle class and lower class have burned through all of their saving and now rely on their generous creditor (japan & China) to fill the gaping whole left by the policies of the one world crowd.

Basically the U.S. still has the biggest military and the world reserve currency. We have lost the lead in virtually everything else and most value-added economic activities. Long term, our $ will be crushed and this will reduce all the imbalances...the U.S. will resemble a latin american nation where the majority makeup the underclass and 1% sit on all the wealth.

stick to your topic, or you will lose lots of readers. Your generalizations and half-thoughts sound like headlines from a Michael Moore show.

I could go on and on about how Billy Bob Clinton spent 8 years sending jobs overseas. Who drove Nafta?

I am with you 100%. A fomer gung-ho patriotic, Republican voter since Reagan. Now I hate the party. Believe it or not, I voted for Bush Jr in 2000. I regret that rest of my life. Now I hate the guy so much I only use four letter words to describe him now.
His policies are for top 1% only. I cannot afford anything now, House, car, even gas for my car, groceries ...nothing....

If you could effectively seal off the border TODAY, be it thru snipers, cameras or volunteers holding hands. In about 80-90 years (which is how long we'll probly be arguing about it anyway) there would be no illegal immigrant problem. In the interim you could cherry pic the 3 strikers, drunk drivers, child abusers, Dallas Cowboy fans and ship their asses back to wherever. Rounding up everyone at once and sending em back would be too damn expensive.

Rock on Keith! People will follow what they have been told by individuals whom they believe are smarter then themselves.. sheep.. knowledge and history will predict the future (sound science and math too!)

I'm not a Republican nor a democrat .. heck .. I'm not even a US citizen .. (relax .. legal immigrant )

but .. u'd have to be really stupid NOT to realize how this country is going to hell .. mostly due to this administration's low combined IQ ..

OUTSOURCING is ok .. sure it is .. until u'r job gets outsourced ..

Clinton didn't do anything about it .. and neither did Bush .. BUT .. the big difference is that more jobs were outsourced during Bush's term .. and the bugger did nothing !

my favourite bumper-sticker .. Buck Fush !

Stop the outsourcing. Lets raise the minium wage in the U.S. to $25/Hr so that everyone will have a living wage!

Anonymous said...

Robert, you are such a cheap shot!!! What stopped you from raising the minimum wage to $250/Hr or better -to $500/Hr?

Low IQ of the current administration reflects the average IQ of the country. What do you expect?

I have been following a site now for almost 2 years and I have found it to be both reliable and profitable. They post daily and their stock trades have been beating
the indexes easily.

Take a look at Wallstreetwinnersonline.com
