Executives at the company that hired them also are caught up in 26-state effort
Cincinnati businessman Billy Hoskins was wending his way through Milwaukee's Mitchell International Airport this week when federal agents arrested him as part of what authorities are calling the nation's biggest crackdown on employers of illegal immigrants.
The one-day, 26-state blitz of arrests was meant to send a signal to American companies that hire illegal labor. Those arrested included executives such as Hoskins as well as 1,187 industrial workers authorities say are undocumented, all of whom were employed by a Texas-based company charged with harboring illegal immigrants.
"Our nation's communities cannot be a wild frontier where illegal aliens and unscrupulous employees subvert our nation's laws," said Julie Myers, assistant secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

This admin sat on their ass for the last 5 yrs on this issue - even after 9/11 and the promise to seal the border.
Maybe they should start to do some roundups here in San Diego. Every morning on my way to work I pass 100-200 illegals on the side of the street waiting to get picked up for tax free work.
And NO, I am not a "racist". I dont care who comes to this country as long as it is LEGAL and that I dont have to pick up the tab.
I blame the Dems and the Reps for this problem- we as a country need to DEMAND that our leaders do what needs to be done.

We are a country of immigrants but the diffrenece is this:
when my ancestors came here it was LEGALLY, on a waiting list; they didn't expect the entire country to learn THEIR language - they learned English or they would have starved; they didn't drain welfare - they got jobs with real social security numbers so that they paid taxes; they didn't join a gang, have illegitimate kids or commit crime. The statistics tell the story: Most illegals don't become productive members of society. Because of them, we have BILINGUAL schools - YUCK!, gangs, full prisons and welfare/social services DRAINED!
Keep allowing this kind in and next time you need a hospital it won't be there anymore due to lack of funding. And stop calling people with my opinion RACIST 'cause we're not. We just know the reality of it.
AND BY THE WAY, anyone who thinks they're good for cheap labor...I had an illegal quote me $10,000 (TAX FREE) to put up a wall in the yard.
It's all for show. Most of the illegals arrested have already been released---not deported.

You can drive 10 miles across south central LA and not hear one word of English spoken and the Latino inhabitants see the occassional "white person"(Gringo) as an oddity like a fish out of water.
