He probably doesn't have the ten bucks to put a listing on a newspaper site. This is one FB!

Somebody should get his info and leave a message for one of the PHX TV affiliates -- in a couple of months that is.

Wow, he makes those properties sound so appealing. How can you not want to jump in and help?

Who loaned this maggot money to buy 19 condos? They should be publicly horse whipped.

Right now, it's the Chinese lending the money. They buy all this bundled debt right now. Just waiting for them to drop the other shoe. Won't it be weird having the Chinese weilding financial leverage over the US? What's funnier is they can't just drop a sand bag on it because they'd lose to the tune of 800 billion they've stockpiled. What do they call this: parasitic symbiosis I think.

I watch ziprealty religiously and noticed several re-listings. these relistings are from last fall and because of their crazy HOA's of $400+ = they can't sell them...they even stopped posting the pictures but I know the development/adresses....also I think all MLS listing should picture the owner, their purchase price and why the increase in price. Ex: I've owned it for 5 months, that's why!"
