Sacramento, another of the ugliest markets in the US, sees a $150,000 off sale on Saturday from Centex

This is also called the "GO F&CK YOURSELF RECENT CENTEX BUYERS - WE'LL CRUSH YOU LIKE GRAPES - BA BA HA HA HA HA HA - love, centex" sale

Oh, man, if that was me, I'd be plenty pissed.

... Some will save their ass by not buying a depreciating item with a mortgage they cannot afford.

The California Circle: Big Bucks made on the house in crowded LA.... The seller then looks to buy a house with that big profit..... He looks to other areas of California or he goes to Arizona, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada.... BUT BUT BUT BUT BUT

when that Cal bubble pops and in many places it HAS! The daisy chain is broken which leads to sever drops in other other places because the buyers with the bucks have dried up because the their current home in SoCal isn't selling because the bubble is popping!

yeah, no kidding. Kinda like, "the folks that bought earlier should have stayed home to watch TV or rake their leaves, cuz now they are screw'd $150,000."

same thing down in SD. The internet pricing of new homes in Carlsbad still shows "from low $800,000" but the latest price reduction now has these homes selling for $612,000.

This is getting ugly very quickly.

My guess in march 11 it will be "save $200,000"
