This Orange Country realtor is telling her clients there is no bubble - send her your thoughts

Here's her posting at Realty Times. Plus I liked the picture. Here's her email. Maybe she'll pass some of your info on to her clients so they can make their best decision

YOU MUST READ THIS TO UNDERSTAND WHERE WE TRULY ARE AT IN THIS ORANGE COUNTY MARKETOrange County Real Estate 2006 Economic Report...Why the Housing Bubble is Bogus!....

Updated on October 31st - 2005...The following is the outline Gary Watts is using in his current talk on the housing market. It shows why demand for housing continues to remain strong while supply is shrinking. It explains why the forecasting of housing declines by the pundits are wrong, once again, and why real estate values throughout most of California should continue to grow at a 15% appreciation rate. If your wondering how often Gary has been right, here is his record for the 21st Century.

  2. do you think people who get killed buying an obviously overpriced home will sue their realtor? or their mortgage broker who told them to fudge their application?

  3. Thanks Keith for plastering her face on your blog. This woman is absolutely outrageous. I can’t wait until she losses all of her creditability with her customers.

The Securities and Exchange Commission needs to have the power and authority to make idiots like this accountable.

Orange County is in fact the poster child for this mess.

  6. "If your wondering how often Gary has been right..."

I know I shouldn't make a big deal about this, but when someone can't use the word "you're" properly, that person loses ALL credibility with me. I guess I have to agree with the "barely graduated high school" comment.
