It does not show in the median because the # of transactions on the lower end has declined faster than the # of transactions above the median. Foreclosures are increasing and putting more supply on the market.<BR/><BR/>It will take some time to work through this problem. New homes have declined in value faster than existing homes but the builders have done everything possible to avoid lowering the sales price.
